He quickly troubleshooted the problem and had it repaired in under an hour. Very professional, very timely, and very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. From start to finish, (Alisha in the office scheduled us promptly, John came over and assessed what we had, and came up with a perfect solution, and even gave us a followup call after all was completed). Boston was very professional and efficient. He identified exactly what needed to be updated with our unit and only recommended fixing that part. He responded quickly with timing and costs so we could make a decision. They delivered on what they intended to fix on time and on budget. Spectrum is a top notch A/C company. Prompt and qualified. Have always had great interactions with employees that work there. One in particular, Boston, really goes above and beyond in all aspects of the job. He is well versed in his A/C knowledge and maintenance. He also has a great demeanor and amazing work ethic.
