Ronald Powell

As Spectrum A/C’s foreman, Ronald oversees the supervisory role for new constructions and existing projects. With his industry experience and formal training, Ronald can direct, supervise, and troubleshoot routine issues that occur on the job site. In addition to ensuring that safety rules are always followed on the site and developing work schedules based on employee and contractor availability. With Ronald’s skills he is also responsible for the coordination of daily tasks, supply ordering, delivery and staffing of personnel. Furthermore, he is great at delegating individuals and responsibilities, projects, crew members and contractors. As such, Ronald is an essential part of the Spectrum A/C team.
