As Spectrum A/C’s HVAC estimator, Kevin is responsible for estimating the cost of installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. Having extensive knowledge about building construction and HVAC design principles, he can accurately estimate costs associated with the job at hand. Kevin is also responsible for negotiating pricing with vendors or contractors on behalf of the company. This includes ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained before any work can begin. By using his technical skills, Kevin can understand and interpret technical documents, including blueprints, diagrams and schematics. This also includes an understanding of the components of HVAC systems and how they work together. Excellent at problem-solving, he is an essential part of Spectrum A/C, as he often works together with contractors and clients to find solutions to problems that arise during the installation process.
